尹铁英,重庆大学生物工程学院副教授,博士生导师。2007年6月获得重庆大学生物医学工程博士学位。曾为加拿大拉瓦尔大学外科系博士后,英国纽卡斯尔大学机械和系统工程学院访问学者。

主要从事生物医学工程与生物学科领域心脑血管生物力学、生物流变学、生物材料与组织修复,新型纳/微药物缓控释系统等方向的研究。累计发表学术论文100余篇,根据科睿唯安 (原汤森路透) Journal Citation Reports(JCR)分区,近五年发表40篇SCI期刊文章,其中JCR一区22篇(第一/通信作者15篇),包括Bioactive Materials、Nano letters、NPG Asia Materials、Advanced Science、Materials Today Bio、Journal of Controlled Release、ACS Appl Mater Interfaces、Advanced Healthcare Materials、J Nanobiotechnology、Biomaterials Science等。近年来主持和参加十二五、十三五国家科技支撑计划课题、国家发改委科学研究计划项目、国家自然科学基金重点/面上/青年基金项目、科技部国际科技合作重点项目、人事部留学人员科技活动项目择优资助项目、重庆市自然科学基金以及多项中央高校等项目。研制出系列新型组织工程植入物,获权国家专利14件,其中国际发明专利1件。相关研究成果获得重庆市科技进步一等奖一项,重庆大学科技进步一等奖一项。
