罗甫林,重庆大学计算机学院教授,博士生导师,IEEE Senior Member。重庆大学博士,新加坡南洋理工大学和武汉大学博士后,获得“全国博士后创新人才支持计划”、重庆市优秀博士学位论文和优秀硕士论文。主要围绕深度学习、迁移学习、稀疏表示、图学习等理论在遥感图像处理、计算机视觉、生物医学分析领域展开研究,目前在国内外重要期刊和会议上发表论文40余篇,其中SCI论文21篇,CCF A类会议2篇,入选ESI高被引论文7篇,申请发明专利6项,其中授权4项。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、国家青年科学基金项目1项、中国博士后创新人才资助项目1项、中国博士后科学基金特别资助(站中)项目1项、中国博士后科学基金面上资助项目2项、湖北省博士后择优资助项目1项、中央高校基金项目1项、重点实验室开放基金项目9项;作为研究骨干参与国家重点研发计划1项(课题联系人)、国家自然科学基金重点项目1项、国家优秀青年科学基金1项、国家自然科学基金面上项目3项、国家青年科学基金项目1项、湖北省重大科技项目1项。此外,担任Remote Sensing客座编辑,IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics、IEEE Transactions on Image Processing、IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote等期刊的审稿人和AAAI、IJCAI、IJCNN等会议审稿人。
